    Welcome to AMP8 Media. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (amp8media.com, amp8ai.com), the APEX Profile EXecution System, and all related services.

    By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    1. About Us

    AMP8 Media is a sole proprietorship operated by Michael Paul, headquartered at 1509 NE 83rd Ct, Vancouver, WA 98664, providing AI-powered Google Business Profile audit, optimization, and management services to local businesses across the United States.

    2. Services

    We provide:

    • Free and paid Google Business Profile audits
    • The APEX Profile EXecution System (Starter and Dominance tiers)
    • Local SEO consulting and content creation
    • Related marketing and visibility services

    Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements.

    3. Use of Website

    You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to:

    • Use our site for any illegal activity
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
    • Interfere with the operation of the site
    • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
    • Submit false or misleading information

    4. Communications

    By providing your contact information or interacting with our outreach, you consent to receive communications from us via email and/or SMS regarding our services. All commercial communications include opt-out instructions.

    SMS: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

    Email: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days per CAN-SPAM.

    5. Payments and Refunds

    • Payments processed via Stripe
    • The $97 Audit is non-refundable once delivered
    • APEX Starter ($497/month) is cancel-anytime; no refunds for the current billing cycle
    • APEX Dominance ($1,497/month + $2,500 setup) has setup fees that are non-refundable once work begins
    • All prices in USD, subject to change with notice for new customers

    6. Service Guarantees

    Where guarantees are offered (e.g., 90-day rank guarantee on APEX Starter), specific terms are defined in the client agreement. Guarantees require client cooperation including timely access to Google Business Profile, accurate business information, and adherence to our recommended changes.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AMP8 Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright. The APEX Profile EXecution System and related methodologies are proprietary.

    Client deliverables (audit reports, content, optimized GBP listings) become the property of the paying client upon final payment.

    8. Disclaimers

    Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes beyond explicit guarantees defined in written client agreements. Google search algorithms and Google Business Profile policies are outside our control.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP8 Media's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMP8 Media from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

    11. Termination

    Either party may terminate services with written notice per the client agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
